- For Individual Verification (NIN): NIN number, first name, last name, and date of birth
- For Company Verification: Organization type and registration number (RC number)
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information (for security and rate limiting purposes only)
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Verification Only: To verify tax identification numbers through the NIMC Public API
- Security: To prevent abuse and ensure service availability through rate limiting
- No Storage: We do not store, save, or retain any verification data or personal information
3. Data Storage and Retention
Zero Data Storage Policy:
- We do NOT store your NIN numbers
- We do NOT store your dates of birth
- We do NOT store your names or personal information
- We do NOT store company registration numbers
- We do NOT store verification results
- We do NOT maintain any databases of user information
All verification data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after the API response is returned to you.
4. Data Transmission and Security
We take data security seriously:
- HTTPS Encryption: All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols
- Secure API Communication: All API requests are made securely to the NIMC Public API
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your information with any third parties except the NIMC API for verification purposes
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal technical cookies for:
- Session management
- Rate limiting (to prevent abuse)
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any cookies that identify you personally.
6. Third-Party Services
The service uses the NIMC (National Identity Management Commission) Public API for verification. When you submit a verification request, your information is sent to the NIMC API. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the NIMC API. Please refer to NIMC's privacy policy for information about how they handle data.
Important Disclaimer: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) or the Nigerian Revenue Service (NRS). We are an independent service that uses the NIMC Public API solely to retrieve and display verification data. We have no official relationship with these government agencies.

Since we do not store your personal information, there is no stored data to access, modify, or delete. However, you have the right to:
- Stop using the service at any time
- Not provide information if you do not wish to use the service
- Contact us with any privacy concerns
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
