The Nigerian Tax ID Checker is a free online tool that allows users to verify Nigerian tax identification numbers for individuals (using NIN) and companies (using registration numbers). The service uses the NIMC Public API to provide verification results.

Important Disclaimer: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) or the Nigerian Revenue Service (NRS). We are an independent service that uses the NIMC Public API solely to retrieve and display verification data. We have no official relationship with these government agencies.

3. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security:

No Data Storage: We do not store, save, or retain any of your sensitive information including NIN numbers, dates of birth, registration numbers, names, or any other personal or company data.
Real-time Verification Only: Your information is used solely for the purpose of real-time verification through the NIMC API and is immediately discarded after the verification process.
No Tracking: We do not track, log, or monitor your verification requests in any way that could identify you or your data.
Secure Transmission: All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS to ensure secure communication.

While we make every effort to provide accurate verification results, the information is provided "as is" from the NIMC API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any verification results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
